Currently had a fridge installation caused water leak，flooding my kitchen and bedroom closet （behind the kitchen） while we weren't present for under 48hours. We were able to stop the leak right away，but there‘s lots of moisture in the kitchen and the closet. I call the company on late Tuesday night and Chris were able to get here Wednesday morning. Chris was extremely thorough, communicative, and professional throughout the mitigation process. He made a very stressful situation much easier and was careful to ensure all affected areas were fully dry before wrapping up. Really appreciated the attention to detail and honesty. Definetely recommend this company

I recently had a water damage assessment by Chris. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and service I received. The assessor was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect the affected area thoroughly. He clearly explained his findings, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. He ensured I understood the condition of the space, what to expect moving forward, and how to prevent further damage. His communication was clear, respectful, and timely. Additionally, the company’s decision to hire such high-quality professionals is a direct reflection of its commitment to excellent customer service. They take pride in ensuring their clients receive knowledgeable, dependable, and professional support. Overall, I highly recommend this service to anyone dealing with water damage. Their expertise and dedication to customer care truly made a difference.

Total Restoration of Texas' quick and thorough response when my washing machine flooded my downstairs saved me from having to replace my hardwood floors! I was completely panicked, and it was late when I discovered water coming from my laundry room, 2" deep through my kitchen, powder room and creeping toward my dining room. An AI search on Claude.ai served up the top 3 restoration companies in Austin and instructed me to go with whomever could be on their way the fastest -- not to wait because timing really is everything with this kind of an emergency. When Ryan answered my call, he said he could be on the way to my house within minutes. When he arrived, (after we Shop-Vacced) he installed a small, deafening army of commercial floor fans and a giant dehumidifier. We removed trim, and cut away any potentially damp sheetrock, and ventilated the kick plate beneath all of my cabinets and kitchen island. Antimicrobial spray was applied, as well. And then we let the air circulation do its work. Upon first re-exam after 5-6 days of continuous mitigation, moisture levels were still present some of the wood. We opted to continue for five additional days. That apparently did the trick! Up

I called Total Restoration to help me out inspecting a property. Jason was so friendly and helpful on the phone. He sent someone out within 30 minutes, inspected the property thoroughly, took photos and even followed up with a call to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Total Restoration. Superb and prompt service. It's hard to come by these days, so let's reward the companies where this still matters. Thank you Total Restoration for the outstanding service!
